Emeria Announces the Appointment of Laurent Carozzi as Group Chief Financial Officer
Emeria, the European leader in residential real estate services, today announces the appointment of Laurent Carozzi as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1 March 2026. He succeeds Antoine Grenier.

Laurent Carozzi will report directly to Bruno Vaquette, Chief Executive Officer of Emeria, and will join the Group’s Senior Leadership Committee.
Graduated from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and the École Normale Supérieure of Cachan, Laurent Carozzi has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Atalian Group since 2023, a leading player in facility management in France and Europe.
With more than 20 years of experience, Laurent Carozzi is recognized for his expertise gained in senior financial leadership roles within major international groups such as Lagardère Sport & Entertainment, Publicis, and more recently Technicolor.
